Individual Instructor License


Licenses are simple and designed to give you maximum freedom to use the case studies for your teaching needs.

Instructor License


  • Cases are for you, the instructor, and your sole professional teaching use, for life.

  • Cases may be printed, copied and distributed to your learners in print or electronic form in any volume.

  • Cases are portable and can be used by you, the instructor, at any institution or in any context you teach in.

  • Cases may be edited, embellished, added-to, or otherwise changed to meet your teaching needs.

  • Cases must include the orginal copyright in any version - original or edited - that you use in any teaching context.

  • Cases may not be resold, even after being edited, embellished, added-to, or otherwise changed.

  • Cases may not be shared with another instructor or institution for their professional use, or given away, donated, or otherwise gifted.

  • Cases are owned by Paul Kurucz. You are are purchasing a license for their use only. Licenses are issued by Paul Kurucz and are non-transferrable.

  • You, the instructor and purchaser of the Instructor license, agree to make every effort to ensure the cases are kept secure in electronic and physical form, so that they remain for your sole use.



Institution License


Licenses are simple and designed to give your institution maximum freedom to use the case studies for your internal teaching needs.

Please contact me in order to purchase an insitution license and for any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the license terms.


Institution License


  • Cases are for the institution's use in any teaching and learning context, by any instructor and instructional use.

  • Cases may be used in any directly controlled campus, department, division, or other part of the institution, including online.

  • Cases may be printed, copied and distributed to your institution's learners in print or electronic form in any volume.

  • Cases may be edited, embellished, added-to, or otherwise changed to meet institution needs.

  • Cases must include the orginal copyright in any version - original or edited - that you use in any teaching context.

  • Cases may not be resold, even after being edited, embellished, added-to, or otherwise changed.

  • Cases may not be given away, donated, or otherwise gifted to anyone or any institution for their use external to this institution.

  • Cases are owned by Paul Kurucz. The institution is purchasing a license for the use of the cases only.

  • Licenses are non-transferrable and cannot be re-sold. These cases are licensed solely to the original purchasing institution.

  • The institution purchasing this license agrees to make every effort to ensure the cases are kept secure in electronic and physical form, so that they remain for the institution's sole use.
